My Approach
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I have a focus on growing skills and building an understanding of self and insight. I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help build the blueprint of understanding and show where we can make changes to grow and heal.
My Focus
I have worked with a diverse group of people from many different backgrounds and ages. I have most often worked with teens to middle-aged adults. With a focus on anxiety and Depression. I have also worked with couples building communication and understanding.


My Communication Style
I create a space where my clients can feel free and unjudged to talk and explore. I want to build a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect to help foster growth. My style is calming, personable, and honest.

My First Session with You
In our first session, you can expect a majority of the time discussing what has been going on, me asking about your life to learn and understand your life. The first session differs from person to person but it is a session of building connection and developing the path forward together.
